About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter & Team Lead to join our growing team. The successful candidate will lead and supervise our recruitment team while remaining hands-on with sourcing, headhunting, candidate screening, interviews, and successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the recruitment team and monitor recruiter performance.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple clients and positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networks, and direct headhunting.
• Identify and engage passive candidates and hard-to-find talent.
• Screen, interview, and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Allocate recruitment assignments and track team progress.
• Set and monitor recruitment targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database and talent pipeline.
• Handle senior, specialist, and difficult-to-fill roles.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide recruitment updates.
• Support other HR and consulting activities when required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven experience in headhunting, direct sourcing, and passive candidate recruitment.
• Previous experience leading or supervising recruiters.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing and other recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
