- Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, easements, declarations, and other development-related documents
- Draft and negotiate loan documents
- Prepare and negotiate leases in all sectors
- Close acquisition, sale, and financing transactions
- Navigate complex title insurance issues
- Supervise junior associates
