About the Role Join Kier Group as a Senior Project Surveyor within the Managing Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager team. Based in Darlington or Hebburn, you will help manage cost and risk across high-value construction projects, ensuring financial control from tender through to completion. What You'll Do
- Support the Managing Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager team to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Manage project cash flow and prepare applications for payment to clients.
- Negotiate with clients and subcontractors; maintain financial control from tender through to completion.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects meet high standards and financial goals.
- Identify and manage cost risks and opportunities across high-value construction projects. What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Senior Project Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor.
