About the Role Senior Quality Manager leading a team of SQS Inspectors across multiple markets and projects with minimal corporate supervision. Responsible for recruiting and developing SQS Inspectors to evaluate fabrication procedures and products against contract specifications, codes, standards, and datasheets. May self-perform inspections as needed.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage a team of SQS Inspectors across multiple markets, districts and projects with minimal supervision.
- Recruit, hire, train, mentor and supervise district and project quality control personnel (including quality inspectors and quality managers).
- Coordinate quality control staffing on projects and assign qualified personnel; work with other districts to share resources.
