Job description

Saudi Service Company Limited (SSCL) is a leading service provider in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, specializing in maintenance operations, facility management, and technical support services. Accountabilities

• Implement and monitor project Quality Plans and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) to verify that civil and landscape works comply with project specifications, the Saudi Building Code (SBC), and approved standards.
• Identify nonconformities and workmanship gaps on site, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare detailed inspection and audit reports summarizing findings, observations, and recommendations for project management, the consultant, and the client.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to develop and apply quality improvement measures that enhance workmanship and reduce rework.
• Provide training and toolbox talks to site teams and subcontractors on quality requirements, inspection procedures, and best practices in civil and landscape works.
• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions until closure and evaluate their effectiveness to ensure lasting quality improvement.
• Review material submittals, method statements, and shop drawings, and supervise material and field testing (concrete, soil compaction, paving, irrigation, planting).
• Stay informed about updates to codes, standards, and ISO 9001 requirements to maintain project and company compliance.
• Support the development and review of quality procedures, checklists, and documentation, and maintain accurate QA/QC records and as-built documentation.

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
• • 5-7 years in quality auditing or assurance roles.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001, the Saudi Building Code (SBC), and international standards (ASTM, BS).
• Hands-on experience preparing and reviewing Quality Plans, ITPs, and NCRs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
