About the Role The Sr. QA role is to ensure the quality of software products through various testing methods. The Software Tester will be responsible for validating software requirements, identifying defects, and reporting findings to the design team. This is a remote position based in Guadalajara, within a professional services environment. What You'll Do
- Understanding software specifications and identifying flaws.
- Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios.
- Executing tests on software usability and analyzing test results for errors or bugs.
- Designing test case scenarios and preparing comprehensive reports on testing effectiveness.
- Interacting with clients and reporting findings to the design team. What We're Looking For
- 7+ years in a corporate IT environment
- 7+ years’ experience in QA or related technical field (application development, BA, deployment/implementation and infrastructure)
- Proficiency with SQL Server and writing database queries
- Strong analytical abilities
- Attention to detail
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Advanced English
- Work experience in a professional services industry, preferred
- Work experience in a global role/large projects, preferred
