About the Role Valce Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior QA Lead for system implementations in logistics/brokerage environments. The role focuses on ensuring quality across complex integrations, liaising with business users, technical teams, and vendors to deliver reliable solutions in Mexico brokerage operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead QA activities for system implementations, ensuring quality across logistics, parcel, transportation, customs, or brokerage-related environments.
- Coordinate QA teams, assign testing activities, review test evidence, and follow up on defect resolution.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, test scenarios, and validation criteria.
- Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Support UAT, perform regression testing, and validate releases.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading QA activities for system implementations, preferably in logistics, parcel, transportation, customs, or Brokerage-related environments.
- Strong understanding of Mexico Brokerage operations, customs processes, parcel clearance flows, regulatory requirements, and operational dependencies.
- Experience coordinating QA teams and managing defects with clear test evidence and follow-up.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, defect management, test case design, UAT support, regression testing, and release validation.
- Experience using project tracking and defect management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, HP ALM, or similar.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, documentation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, risks, and escalations in an implementation environment.
- English and Spanish communication.
