The role: As a Senior QA Engineer, you will help drive our goals by: Defining and delivering effective testing strategies to ensure high-quality solutions across a diverse portfolio of enterprise applications, platforms, and systems. Leading testing activities across multiple projects, combining manual, exploratory, and automated testing to identify risks and provide reliable feedback. Working closely with developers, architects, delivery teams, and business stakeholders to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Driving automation and continuous testing practices, helping teams improve test coverage, reduce risk, and increase confidence in releases. Coaching and supporting other quality engineers while promoting quality engineering best practices across teams. Helping shape and improve quality engineering standards, testing practices, automation frameworks, and tooling.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role: 5+ years' experience in senior quality assurance, testing, or quality engineering roles within complex delivery environments. Hands-on experience with test automation tools or frameworks and a good understanding of automation principles and best practices. Strong knowledge of software testing techniques, including functional, regression, integration, API, and performance testing. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple projects and business areas. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, investigate issues, and improve quality outcomes. Proven ability to take ownership, work independently, and deliver high-quality results across multiple projects.
