Senior Python Developer needed with 10+ years of software development experience. You will design, develop, and deploy scalable backend systems, RESTful APIs, and microservices for enterprise-grade applications. You will collaborate with architects, product owners, DevOps engineers, and cross-functional teams to build high-performance enterprise solutions.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications using Python.
- Build scalable REST APIs and microservices for enterprise-grade applications.
- Create reusable, secure, high-performance backend services.
- Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and data processing workflows.
- Develop event-driven and asynchronous applications using modern Python frameworks.
- Implement API security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
- Collaborate with frontend teams to define API contracts and integrations.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Drive best practices in coding standards, testing, code reviews, and documentation.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
- Work with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and monitoring.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 7+ years in Python.
- Strong expertise in Core Python, Python 3.x, OOP, Functional Programming, Design Patterns, SOLID Principles.
- Proficiency in Data Structures & Algorithms, Multithreading & Multiprocessing, AsyncIO.
- Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, containerization, and CI/CD practices.
- Knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and mentor others.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
