Senior Proposals Development Associate (Late Phase) - Remote, US

About the Role Senior Proposals Development Associate at ICON will facilitate the development and preparation of proposals for clinical trials, contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, ensure compliance with client requirements and internal standards, and support timely submission while mentoring colleagues. What You'll Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze information necessary for proposal development.
• Assist in the preparation and formatting of proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements and internal standards.
• Conduct thorough reviews of proposal documents to identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to obtain input and feedback on technical aspects of proposals.
• Support the proposal manager in managing timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring timely submission of proposals. What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in proposal development, project coordination, or a related field within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or clinical research industry.
• Experience working on Late Phase proposals / RFPs preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%). Nice to Have
