About the Role Die Julius Berger International GmbH sucht in Vollzeit eine(n) Senior Projektleitung im Bereich Energieinfrastruktur (m/w/d) für die Planungsabteilung Infrastructure Design in Wiesbaden. Sie übernehmen eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Leitung von Planungsleistungen zum Ausbau von HGÜ-Stromnetzen, führen interdisziplinäre Teams und steuern Ressourcen, Zeitpläne und Budgets. What You'll Do
- Leitung und Steuerung von Planungsleistungen in Projekten zum Ausbau von HGÜ-Stromnetzen (Energiesektor)
- Führung und Motivation von interdisziplinären Teams von Ingenieuren, Planern und Konstrukteuren
- Personal- und Einsatzplanung: effiziente Planung und Koordination der Ressourcen innerhalb der Projekte
- Projektmanagement: ganzheitliche Steuerung von Initiierung bis Abschluss inkl. Termine und Budget
- Kundenabstimmung: enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit dem Kunden
