About the Role The Senior Project Superintendent will provide overall field leadership, planning, program implementation, coordination, and compliance to ensure the safe, quality construction of projects, on schedule. What You'll Do
- Provide field leadership and coordinate project activities on multifamily construction projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors and manage safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
- Monitor progress, implement project plans, and maintain site safety and quality standards.
- Travel as needed to job sites. What We're Looking For
- OSHA 30 card.
- 5+ years multifamily construction experience recommended.
- Ability to plan and coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety, quality, and schedule.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
