About the Role You’ll develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules across all phases of the lifecycle, from master to Level 4 schedules, enabling smarter, more predictable capital projects. You’ll work with project teams, EPCM contractors, and leadership to align schedules with financial forecasts and client needs. What You'll Do
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules across all lifecycle phases, from master to Level 4 schedules.
- Facilitate interactive planning sessions and integrate internal schedules with EPCM contractor schedules to create unified, realistic timelines.
- Review and challenge schedules for accuracy and feasibility from contractors, engineering, and commissioning teams.
- Track progress, analyze schedule performance against baselines, identify critical paths, constraints, and acceleration opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, including schedule variance, impact analysis, and four- to six-week lookahead schedules.
- Support risk management by assessing schedule impacts, developing mitigation strategies, and maintaining activity trackers for team awareness.
- Communicate schedule status, milestones, and risks to project teams, leadership, and stakeholders, aligned with financial forecasts and cash flow.
- Serve as subject matter expert for scheduling tools (Microsoft Project, MSP Online, Primavera P6); maintain schedule databases and ensure reporting compliance.
- Consolidate resource workload forecasts, provide inputs for staffing plans, and prepare documentation to support governance and reporting reviews.
- Participate in gate reviews and governance meetings, ensuring adherence to corporate project control standards and schedule management practices. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field; 8+ years of project scheduling experience in construction, pharmaceutical, energy, or large capital project environments.
- Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, MSP Online, Primavera P6; strong CPM scheduling foundation.
- Experience with earned value management, cost/schedule integration, risk analysis, and reporting. Nice to Have
- Certifications with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project; scheduling integration tools.
- Deep expertise in CPM scheduling, earned value management, and risk analytics. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
