Senior Project Manager

1. Lead project planning to set project goals and objectives, determine timelines, define tasks, and outline resources necessary to successfully complete the project.

2. Select and setup a team from internal and external stakeholder organizations.

3. Monitor the progress of projects, including addressing issues that may arise and ensuring project deliverables are completed on time.

4. Recognize and draft project risks and management them with the team

5. Manage the project within planned milestones and budget.

6. Regularly report to project owner and other stakeholders on progress and any potential risks or challenges on timeline, resources (people and budget) in time.

7. Assist the Head of Global Operations XRX for CN Readiness.

8. Source and analyze the project related industry information.

1.Bachelor or above,industrial engineering or mechanical design, with rich project management experience.

2.Minimal 3 years of working experience as a team leader or function head.

3.Rich project management experience.

4.Experience of global project management or involvement.

5.Outstanding communication and presentation skills; excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to interact successfully with all levels of staff in the organization.

6.Good understanding in theories / frameworks / tools in strategy planning and project management.

7.High degree of initiative and ownership and responsibility.

8.Advanced English communication skills at reading, writing, and speaking.
