Imagine taking full ownership of complex customer projects, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with project management standards. You will also coordinate and support a talented team of Project Managers, fostering their professional development while promoting best practices. How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will lead complex customer projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful handover and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, managing risks and opportunities effectively.
• Coordinate activities among customers, engineering teams, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor and report on project KPIs, implementing corrective actions to drive project success.
• Support and mentor a team of Project Managers, fostering collaboration and consistency in project execution practices.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of project management experience in technical, industrial, or energy project environments.
• Proven track record in managing customer-facing projects with a focus on cost, schedule, quality, and risk management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and develop teams, along with excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
