• Excellent leading consultant looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team long term.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a leading project management consultant in Abu Dhabi in to support of a large scale project.

This role involves managing project design and delivery from inception through completion, overseeing consultants and contractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of major projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, contractual obligations, and financial targets.
• Develop project execution plans, quality plans, and delivery schedules, ensuring effective monitoring and reporting of progress.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, subconsultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery and compliance with authority requirements.
• Support procurement activities including subconsultant appointments and contract management.
• Manage project risk registers and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Oversee design coordination, change management processes, and approvals.
• Attend and contribute to client, technical, and coordination meetings.
• Promote a culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement across all stages of the project.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience delivering large-scale, multidisciplinary design and construction projects

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• 6 Years in the UAE working on hotel projects

• Previous experience with reputable consultancies or contractors

• Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
