About the Role As a Senior Project Manager for K-12, ANS Health & Public Service within Accenture’s Infrastructure & Capital Projects, you’ll lead complex capital projects onsite with client teams to deliver safer, smarter, and more sustainable infrastructure. You’ll combine hands-on project leadership with digital tools and AI-driven insights to shape how communities are built. What You'll Do
- Resolve complex construction project issues, disputes, and disagreements.
- Develop, assign, and monitor performance of objectives and action items relative to assigned projects.
- Review status, progress, and alignment with submitted construction schedules.
- Review change orders and assess their impact on the district.
- Assist Regional Directors and facilities staff with bid and contract planning.
- Assess bid specifications according to district needs and achievable timelines.
- Review and monitor variances of the project database relative to scheduling and cost control.
- Review and verify payment applications and manage overall fiscal performance of multiple projects.
- Provide functional direction over schedules, cost control, dispute resolution, contract administration, and quality control.
- Review and monitor contracts for architects and related consultants.
- Coordinate program activities across district branches and departments.
- Resolve disputes related to construction projects and develop internal policies and procedures.
- Onsite at client site to enable delivery and strengthen client relationships. What We're Looking For
- Twenty (20) years of full-time paid professional project/construction management experience; ten (10) of the 20 years managing large programs with projects exceeding $50 million (not cumulative).
- Five (5) years’ experience in educational facility construction, public works, or large commercial projects (may include projects outside of California).
- Degree from a recognized college/university in architecture, engineering, or construction management.
- A Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential from CMAA may substitute for the education requirement.
- OR Twenty‑five (25) years of full-time project/construction management experience with twenty (20) years managing large programs (> $50 million). Nice to Have
- PMP, CCM or related certifications.
- Design-build experience.
- Building Information Modeling (BIM) experience.
- LEED certification and/or CHPS experience.
- Experience with Division of the State Architect (DSA) processes.
- A valid Architect registration. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: USD 213,000 – USD 257,000 per year.
