Senior Project Manager
We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex initiatives across a large enterprise environment. This role focuses on developing execution strategies, aligning cross-functional teams, managing competing priorities, and ensuring initiatives remain connected to broader business objectives.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in project or program management, with experience working closely with Product and Engineering organizations. They should be confident presenting risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations to senior leadership while driving consensus across organizational boundaries.
Key Requirements:

3–10+ years of project or program management experience, with a proven track record leading large, highly cross-functional initiatives

Exceptional stakeholder management, executive communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to drive alignment without formal authority

Strong experience with strategic planning, governance, dependency management, and delivery execution across Agile, hybrid, or traditional environments

Comfortable partnering with Product and Engineering teams and understanding technical concepts well enough to facilitate planning and decision-making; software development experience is not required
