About the Role Plenary is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of major infrastructure and public-private partnership projects across Australia. The role will coordinate across Plenary's diverse portfolio, including bioscience facilities and large-scale transport projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and stakeholder alignment. What You'll Do
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex infrastructure programs and PPP projects
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and governance documents
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, government bodies, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure health, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across projects
- Monitor performance and provide reporting to executives and sponsors
- Drive procurement, contract management, and change control
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and risk mitigation What We're Looking For
- Proven track record delivering large-scale infrastructure or PPP projects (public-private partnerships)
- Ability to manage multiple projects across different markets and disciplines
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with project controls, risk management, and financial governance
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and degree in engineering, construction, or related field
- Knowledge of Australian market and regulatory environment is a plus Nice to Have
- Experience in bioscience facilities, health infrastructure, or water/wastewater projects
- Prior work with government agencies or utility providers
- Familiarity with Australian procurement frameworks and contract types
