What you will do
As a Senior Project Manager within Patient Centered Solutions and Language Services at ICON, you will lead the delivery of clinical outcome assessment localization and electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment programs across multiple clinical studies. Serving as an embedded extension of a key pharmaceutical client’s team, you will manage projects from initial intake through final delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, multilingual content, copyright and licensing activities, eCOA migrations, quality reviews, and project documentation. You will also help improve operational processes, reduce delivery timelines, and support the evaluation of new automation technologies.
