About the Role En Sener seguimos creciendo y queremos incorporar un Senior Project Controller para el equipo corporativo de Control de Proyectos del Grupo Sener. La persona seleccionada podrá trabajar desde nuestras oficinas de Tres Cantos (Madrid) o Las Arenas (Bilbao). Su misión es dar servicio a las empresas del grupo, liderando iniciativas orientadas a mejorar la gestión, el seguimiento y el control económico de los proyectos en un entorno internacional y multidisciplinar.
What You'll Do
- Perform the financial and economic monitoring of large-scale projects, including milestones, costs, revenues, margins, risks and opportunities.
- Provide support to project teams across the group, acting as a reference point for economic control and reporting.
- Lead and drive corporate initiatives to improve project control processes, methodology and tools.
- Participate in the design and deployment of standards for corporate planning, tracking and control.
- Coordinate and monitor internal efficiency, digitization and standardization projects.
- Collaborate closely with Finance and Operations across different businesses.
- Detect inefficiencies and promote corrective actions with involved areas.
- Prepare reports for senior management with a focus on clarity, reliability and a global portfolio view.
- Support international teams, especially on global projects or in geographies requiring reinforcement or standardization.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Project Control in engineering, construction, energy, infrastructure, aerospace or similar sectors.
- Demonstrated experience in large-scale projects and international environments.
- Strong experience in economic control, forecasts, cash-flow, consolidation and financial analysis of projects.
- Education (flexible): Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar. Additional training in project management or financial analysis is valued.
- Languages: High English essential, both oral and written.

- Ability to document processes and participate in their standardization.
