About the Role As a Senior Program Manager for NA Flex Business Optimization, Strategy, and Scaling (BOSS), you will own strategy and initiatives to improve the cost and quality of Flex Delivery. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across technology, operations, and marketing to drive improvements that enhance the on-road experience for Delivery Partners and customers while balancing business needs and key metrics.

What You'll Do

• Own the roadmap for improving Flex business metrics.
• Work closely with finance, marketing, capacity management, data science, engineering, and program management on process improvement and launch initiatives.
• Effectively influence stakeholders through collaboration and prioritization.
• Make difficult resource trade-offs and align Director and senior-level leadership on inputs, outputs, and priorities.
• Own key performance indicators and work with the business to understand day-to-day opportunities and implement short-term and long-term solves.
• Monitor project execution and ensure that the project delivery is of high quality and on its target date.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Nice to Have

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, organizational development, instructional design or related field.
• Knowledge of general AI tools.
• Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling, apprenticeship, or workforce development programs across large-scale operations or corporate environments, including forecasting workforce needs and leveraging analytics to drive program decisions.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: 115,600.00 - 160,000.00 USD annually.
