Senior Professional Services Consultant

About the Role

The Senior Professional Services Consultant is responsible for deploying software solutions within our customer base in the field. This is a customer-facing consulting role that requires exceptional collaborative skills and the ability to build strong partnerships with various cross-functional groups throughout our customer base and within the business. This role requires the ability to travel extensively and work directly with customers on a regular basis. Occasionally, this position will require delivery of formal training to customers and partners on projects. What You'll Do

• Deploy software solutions for customers in the field.

• Serve as a customer-facing consultant, building partnerships with cross-functional teams.

• Travel extensively to work directly with customers on a regular basis.

• Occasionally deliver formal training to customers and partners on projects.

• Demonstrate technical mastery of at least one product with associated product applications or specialized field skills such as API integrations with third-party products, NERC CIP solution delivery, or Information Systems Security.

• Troubleshoot technical issues to resolve customer problems.

• Develop custom scripts, utilities, or integrations to fulfill customer needs.

• Collect infrastructure technical requirements and create implementation and production deployment procedures for Fortra products to interoperate. What We're Looking For

• Technical mastery of at least one product with associated product applications or highly specialized field skills (e.g., integration with third-party products using APIs, NERC CIP solution delivery, or Information Systems Security).

• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer problems.

• Experience developing custom scripts, utilities, or integrations to meet customer needs.

• Experience collecting infrastructure technical requirements and creating implementation and production deployment procedures.

• Strong customer-facing consulting experience and ability to build strong partnerships across cross-functional groups.

• Willingness to travel extensively. Nice to Have

• Experience with security tooling such as Tripwire, Wazuh, OSSEC, Qualys, SolarWinds, ManageEngine, CrowdStrike, or McAfee.

• Familiarity with Fortra products.

• Relevant certifications in security or cloud technologies.
