About the Role Senior Production Logistics Technician (100%) to ensure the timely supply of production lines with materials (raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods). The role includes coordinating the picking of production orders in different warehouse zones (deep-frozen, cooled, and non-cooled), performing warehouse movements and transfers, and ensuring GMP/cGMP-compliant documentation while supporting internal and external audits. You will operate and maintain logistics tools, act as deputy to the team leader in day-to-day operations, and analyze and optimize logistics processes while training and coaching staff.

What You'll Do

• Ensure timely provisioning of production lines with materials (raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods)
• Pick production orders in different warehouse zones (deep-frozen, cooled, and non-cooled)
• Perform warehouse movements, transfers between storage and production areas
• Provide GMP/cGMP-compliant documentation and support internal and external audits
• Operate, maintain and safely use logistic tools in compliance with safety and quality standards
• Stand in for the team lead in day-to-day operations (material flow, prioritization, escalations)
• Analyze and optimize logistics processes
• Train, onboard and coach colleagues in logistics processes

What We're Looking For

• Completed vocational training in Logistics/Warehouse, ideally with further qualification in Logistics Management
• Several years of experience in logistics, preferably in a GMP-regulated environment
• Basic knowledge of cGMP and experience with ERP systems
• Knowledge of process analysis and Lean or continuous improvement methods
• Good IT and language skills according to the job requirements
• Reliable, meticulous and quality-oriented work style
• High degree of independence, strong problem-solving ability and decisiveness
