About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager / Technical Product Manager to translate vision into execution for adjoe’s growth platform. You’ll own the product direction, define the why, and partner with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to drive measurable growth and revenue.
What You'll Do
- Translate high-level business and product goals into actionable technical roadmaps and delivery plans.
- Drive projects by coordinating across domain areas and act as the go-between for business stakeholders and engineering leads.
- Optimize delivery processes to maintain velocity as the organization scales; unblock bottlenecks and make executive-level decisions when needed.
- Dive into tickets, API docs, or raw data to confirm product viability in ambiguity; balance technical feasibility with product desirability.
- Collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams to leverage data models and pipelines for product-led growth.
- Mentor and influence across teams; articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or leadership owning product vision; proven track record of taking products from 0 to 1 or scaling from 1 to 100 in a high-growth environment; CS degree or equivalent hands-on mastery of system design and modern tech stacks.
- Entrepreneurial mindset; ability to fix broken or missing pieces without waiting for a brief; ships with conviction and defines success via business KPIs.
- Strong execution, rapid decision-making, and ability to work with ambiguity; comfortable driving cross-functional alignment.
- Tech fluency with a focus on growth and revenue impact over writing code; AI as an optimizer but not a hype-driver.
- Excellent written and spoken communication; ability to influence stakeholders across departments.

- Experience collaborating with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Analytics teams to leverage complex data models for product-led growth decisions.
