About the Role We are seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Risk Platform to define and execute the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Instacart's risk-management tools. You will partner with product, engineering, data science, and risk teams to reduce friction while strengthening risk controls, enabling a safer and scalable marketplace. What You'll Do
- Define product strategy and roadmap for the Risk Platform, aligning with company risk goals.
- Lead a cross-functional team including engineering, data science, analytics, and risk stakeholders to deliver impactful features.
- Define success metrics, gather customer feedback, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and security/compliance to ensure quality, reliability, and compliance.
- Influence product vision across the organization and mentor junior PMs. What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with risk, fraud, or compliance products, including platform-level PM.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision making; ability to define metrics and track outcomes.
- Experience partnering with engineers, designers, data scientists, and stakeholders; excellent communication.
- Familiarity with risk management concepts and enterprise-grade tooling; strong product sense.
