Overview: Codex is hiring a Senior Product Manager (Remote, Flexible).
Requirements: 6 to 10 years of product experience, with meaningful depth in cross-border payments infrastructure — payouts, collections, virtual accounts, and FP/banking integrations. Must have shipped both directions of money movement: outbound payouts and inbound collections. Prior hands-on integration experience with payment infrastructure providers. Payments-native: you understand flow of funds, rail mechanics, corridor-specific constraints, and how licensing affects what you can build. Opinionated about UX for a B2B payments ICP — you know what a client needs to see when they place an order, and you can design for it. Background at a licensed cross-border payments company or stablecoin payments shop at Series A–C scale.
