About the Senior Product Manager position

We are looking for a reliable Senior Product Manager who will organize product development and ensure high ROI. Your duties will include translating ideas into strategy and features, and following product development from start to finish.

A successful candidate should be a perceptive and creative leader and a reliable problem-solver. It is also required to be professional, confident and be able to understand which ideas will and which won’t work.

Senior Product Manager responsibilities are:

• Develop and implement product strategies that align with the company's vision and long-term goals.

• Own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.

• Drive market research initiatives to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create engaging sales decks and product marketing collateral.

• Deliver high-impact training and presentations to stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.

• Collect and analyze customer and stakeholder feedback to inform product requirements and key success metrics.

• Lead, mentor, and coach product managers to foster a culture of innovation and accountability.

• Create and review detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) to ensure alignment with goals.

• Drive go-to-market strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

• Monitor product usage and performance, iterating to maximize customer value and satisfaction.

• Manage competing priorities and navigate complex stakeholder landscapes effectively.

• Build strong relationships with external partners and internal teams to ensure successful product outcomes.

Senior Product Manager requirements are:

• 8+ years' experience of working on Product Manager or other relevant position

• Significant experience in product lifecycle management and working in Agile environment

• Background in software development and program management is preferred

• Strong organizational, leadership and communication skills

• Strong problem-solving skills with creative approach

• BSc or BA in Computer Science, Engineering or other related area
