Type: W2 Contract

Duration: 12+ months open ended contract with long term potential

Logistics: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote)

We have an immediate need for an experienced Product Manager to support a Natural Gas & NGL Digital Products team focused on Operations Excellence and Insights. This person will help drive the strategy and delivery of innovative IT and Operational Technology (OT) solutions supporting Natural Gas, NGL, and Midstream operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and backlog across complex digital products.
• Lead delivery of large Epics and Features across multiple Agile product teams.
• Partner closely with system/solution architects to solve complex technical challenges and align technology solutions with business outcomes.
• Manage dependencies, risks, priorities, and delivery across product teams and business units.
• Collaborate with senior business leaders, engineering, product, UX, analytics, operations, Scrum Masters, and Agile coaches.
• Drive cross-functional prioritization based on customer value, business value, and strategic goals.
• Help identify opportunities to improve digital capabilities and overall flow of value delivery.

What They’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of relevant Product Management experience

• Strong experience with Natural Gas, NGL, Midstream, pipeline, or related energy operations

• Experience working across IT and OT technologies

• Strong expertise in product strategy, roadmaps, backlog management, Agile methodologies, and product development

• Experience leading complex initiatives across multiple product/Agile teams

• Ability to work closely with technical architects and senior business stakeholders

• Product Owner or Product Management certification highly preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, related field, or equivalent experience

• MBA or equivalent preferred
