About this role

Job title: Senior Product Manager, Media & Entertainment AI Platform

About the Role Autodesk's Flow platform is the AI-native platform for media & entertainment that connects disciplines and unifies data, tasks, communication and assets into a single workspace. As Senior Product Manager, you will help define and deliver AI-first experiences that transform how creatives and production teams work across Autodesk and external tools.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end outcomes for the product, including platform adoption, user engagement, extensibility, and business impact.
  • Serve as the primary link between engineering, stakeholders, customers, and internal production teams to ensure strong alignment.
  • Define and evolve core product experiences, including personalized workspaces, intelligent agents, automated workflows, and contextual artifacts.
  • Define requirements enabling users to deploy tools and automations via natural language.
  • Ensure top-tier integration with Autodesk and non-Autodesk products used in studio pipelines.
  • Drive data-informed prioritization using customer studies, UX research, production workflow insights, and market analysis.
  • Balance short-term execution with long-term platform vision while effectively managing trade-offs.
  • Clearly communicate complex AI and workflow concepts to both technical and creative audiences.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 5 years of experience in the media & entertainment industry.
  • At least 5 years in product management with demonstrated success launching SaaS or cloud-based products.
  • Solid understanding of production pipelines and creative workflows in film and games, including rushes, editing, resource management, and multi-user collaboration.
  • AI, agent systems, or smart-workflow experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, design or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record in 0-to-1 or highly ambiguous environments, with rapid experimentation.
  • Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of the creator economy for short-form videos.
