About the Role Senior Product Manager, Integrations to drive roadmaps and own integrations for HelloRache's product portfolio. This role focuses on building scalable API-driven integrations across CRM, ticketing, and commerce systems, while engaging customers to ensure value. What You'll Do
- Define the integration roadmap and drive end-to-end ownership of API integrations
- Engage customers to gather feedback and ensure successful integration deployments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver CRM/ticketing/commerce integrations and maintain API quality What We're Looking For
- 5+ years product management experience with integrations/APIs
- Experience with CRMs, ticketing, and commerce systems
- REST, GraphQL, webhooks, and OAuth knowledge
- Strong customer engagement and PRD skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, ServiceNow, Freshdesk, Confluence, Notion, Guru, Shopify, Stripe, Okta, Auth0 Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $175,000-$225,000 per year
