About the Role As a Senior Product Manager for HCP Travel, you will be the driving force behind a critical, highly regulated vertical of our business. This role focuses on architecting a seamless, compliant, and world-class experience for medical professionals, and you will be the end-to-end owner, bridging complex business requirements with scalable engineering solutions. What You'll Do
- Own the HCP Travel product end-to-end, from strategy to execution, and act as the bridge between business needs and engineering delivery.
- Build a "business within a business" by challenging the status quo, simplifying complexity, and delivering a product that sets the industry standard for HCP travel.
- Collaborate across global teams in a highly regulated environment to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- Drive accountability, influence product decisions, and balance speed with quality in a technically complex, globally scaled platform. What We're Looking For
- Experience leading product management in highly regulated domains, preferably healthcare or travel.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, engineering-ready solutions.
- Strong cross-functional leadership with a track record of collaborating across global teams.
