About this role

Job title: Senior Product Manager (F/M/X)

About us

Since 2015, ablefy has been on a mission to turn expertise and passion into thriving businesses. Today, more than 100,000 entrepreneurs and companies use our platform to sell and grow, and together they’ve generated over €2 billion in revenue through ablefy.

We bring selling, payments, subscriptions and all the operations behind them into one place. That gives coaches, consultants, creators and growing companies the infrastructure to build and scale digital businesses across borders, without the usual complexity. We handle the hard parts so our customers can focus on what they do best.

Our principle is simple: when our customers grow, we grow. It shapes every product decision we make and how we measure our success. We’re already a leading platform in the DACH region, and we’re building what comes next.

Our mission; to build software that empowers everyone to start, run and grow a successful digital business - borderless, is supported by our high performance principles that are crucial to our success:

  • Radical Collaboration
  • Constructive confrontation
  • Adaptive execution
  • Collective ambition
  • Evolving expertise
  • Empathetic leadership

About the role

We're building one platform that lets our customers start, optimise, and scale any business model they can imagine. Instead of forcing everyone into the same box, we create capabilities that fit the business model each customer actually needs.

As Senior Product Manager, you'll own specific capabilities within these revenue and business models. Your work directly shapes how our customers make money, and you will drive high-impact outcomes across the entire platform.

What You'll Do

  • Operate like an entrepreneur: You are the owner of your product area. You set the vision, define success metrics, and relentlessly pursue the end goal, navigating ambiguity along the way.

  • Drive outcomes, not just outputs: Set clear, measurable goals for your product area, validate hypotheses, and align your engineering and design partners to deliver massive business impact.

  • Navigate a high-velocity landscape: The market and AI capabilities are evolving daily. You will continuously scan the horizon, adapt your product strategy on the fly, and ensure we stay ahead of the curve without getting bogged down in analysis paralysis.

  • Ship, learn, and iterate: Don't wait for the perfect solution. Define minimum lovable products (MLPs), push them to market quickly, measure the impact, and iterate relentlessly based on real-world feedback.

  • Ruthlessly prioritize: Cut through the noise to focus on the highest-leverage opportunities that move the needle for our customers' bottom line and our own.

  • Get close to customers: Talk to coaches, creators, and entrepreneurs regularly. Understand their businesses, their pains, and what they're really trying to achieve.

  • Find the real problem: Turn conversations and data into a clear picture of what needs to be built, and what doesn't.

  • Our Product Culture

  • We have a fierce bias for action: We operate in a high-velocity environment where speed is a competitive advantage. We prefer making fast, high-judgment decisions with 70% of the information over dithering in pursuit of absolute certainty.

  • We are goal-oriented, not process-obsessed: We care deeply about achieving the objective. We give our PMs the autonomy to figure out the best path to get there alongside their teams.

  • We embrace an entrepreneurial mindset: We act like owners. We take calculated risks, make high-judgment decisions, and treat the product's success as our own business.

  • We measure success by outcomes: A shipped feature isn't success; a customer growing their revenue is. We are dedicated to achieving the result, not just crossing off a roadmap item.

  • We fail fast and pivot without ego: Not every bet will win, and that’s expected. We launch quickly to test our riskiest assumptions, celebrate the learnings from our failures, and pivot rapidly without losing momentum.

  • What You Bring

  • Product experience: Proven track record as a Senior Product Manager who has actually built high-impact products and knows how great products operate.

  • Entrepreneurial DNA: You are deeply goal-oriented, fiercely dedicated to achieving outcomes, and thrive when given an ambitious problem to solve rather than a list of instructions.

  • Decisiveness: You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and making tough calls quickly to unblock your team, maintain momentum, and avoid the trap of over-consensus.

  • Market & Tech Agility: You stay fiercely attuned to market dynamics, emerging AI trends, and competitor movements, leveraging these shifts as tailwinds for your product goals.

  • Strategic Execution: You care deeply about the what and the why, and you are exceptional at aligning a team of experts to figure out the best how.

  • Customer obsession: You genuinely want to talk to customers, and you come back from those conversations with actionable insights, not just notes.

  • Data-driven conviction: You rely on a mix of sharp business intuition and hard data to set goals, track progress, and pivot when necessary.

  • Systems thinking: You can design how a platform's pieces connect without needing to write code.

  • Language: Fluent English; German is a big plus.

  • Why ablefy

  • High-impact autonomy: You are given clear goals and the freedom to build and scale your area like your own startup.

  • A culture of momentum: Zero bureaucratic red tape or endless committee approvals. We give you the runway to move fast, ship often, and immediately see the impact of your decisions.

  • Real ownership: You own capabilities that directly drive our customers' revenue.

  • Close to customers: Short paths between insight, iteration, and launch.

  • Smart, curious colleagues: Work with an ambitious team that cares about driving real outcomes and moving fast.

Benefits

  • Paid Time Off - 30 vacation days.

  • A competitive salary.

  • A personal Training & Development budget of € 1,500 per year.

  • Responsibility and trust from day 1.

  • Individual coaching and further training to support you in your development.

  • A free BVG ticket.

  • Employee discounts at numerous companies (e.g. at the gym or in online stores).

  • Pension program with company match up to 30% of employee contributions.

  • A Culture of equity and Inclusion where you are appreciated for the person you are.

  • Diversity & Inclusion

  • At ablefy, we embrace our differences, as they are our greatest strength. We recognize that everyone has a unique perspective based on their experiences, identities, and thought processes, and we strive to create an inclusive environment for all. Discrimination based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, disability status, or any other aspect that makes you unique is not tolerated at ablefy. We aim to make growth accessible to everyone!

  • We know that no candidate checks every single box, and that’s okay! If you’re excited about this role and think you can bring something valuable to our team, we encourage you to apply—even if you don’t meet every requirement. We’d love to hear from you!

  • AI at ablefy

  • As an AI-first company, we put intelligent technology at the heart of everything we do. AI is part of how we build, learn, and grow together. It helps us work smarter, move faster, and focus on creating real impact. We believe the strongest results come from combining thoughtful technology with curious, driven people — and we’re excited to shape what’s next, together.
