About this opportunity:

Ericsson’s Enterprise Wireless Solutions enable organizations to innovate, operate, and grow anywhere — without constraints. Ericsson NetCloud, Cradlepoint routers, and Enterprise 5G solutions provide the flexibility of public and private 5G, with the zero trust security of simplified SASE. We’re at the forefront of the Wireless WAN and 5G — the next big waves in networking — and we remain as hungry and humble as the day we started. If you’re hungry to be part of something big, come join us.

Ericsson is looking for a strategic, execution-oriented Senior Product Manager to shape the strategy, packaging, lifecycle, and customer experience for Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions’ Branch portfolio. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, go-to-market, and customer success, translating customer needs, market dynamics, and business priorities into clear product direction, commercially viable solutions, and successful execution from concept through launch and end of life. The ideal candidate combines strong IP networking expertise, disciplined product judgment, and the ability to communicate clearly across technical, commercial, and executive audiences.

What you will do

  • Own strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle execution for Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions’ full Branch portfolio which includes our LAN Solutions.
  • Translate customer needs, market dynamics, competitive insights, and business priorities into clear requirements, use cases, roadmap priorities, and investment tradeoffs.
  • Define commercially viable branch solutions that are simple to position, sell, deploy, operate, and support.
  • Partner with engineering, UX, support, success, marketing, sales, and operations to deliver hardware, software, and service capabilities from concept through launch.
  • Lead product readiness, including release planning, product briefs, launch inputs, field enablement, customer-facing positioning, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Use customer feedback, operational metrics, support trends, and market research to prioritize improvements, guide roadmap decisions, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Champion branch users and internal stakeholders by clarifying requirements, resolving blockers, answering product questions, and driving timely decisions.

The skills you bring

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise networking, branch infrastructure, or related markets, including at least 5 years in product management for hardware, software, or cloud-managed network solutions.
  • Experience owning strategy, roadmap execution, and lifecycle decisions for branch networking portfolios, including routers, continuity adapters, switches, access points, or LAN solutions.
  • Strong product management fundamentals, including customer discovery, requirements definition, use cases, prioritization, business cases, release planning, and launch readiness.
  • Deep understanding of branch use cases, including primary WAN, cellular or wired continuity, LAN connectivity, remote site operations, cloud-managed networking, and lifecycle transitions.
  • Solid IP networking expertise, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, NAT, VPNs, firewalls, SD-WAN, WAN optimization, Wi-Fi, and practical troubleshooting.
  • Ability to partner with engineering, architecture, UX, support, success, marketing, sales, and operations to evaluate tradeoffs, align priorities, and deliver scalable branch solutions.
  • Strong commercial judgment with the ability to connect technical capabilities to customer value, differentiation, packaging, pricing, field enablement, and go-to-market execution.
  • Data-informed decision maker who uses customer feedback, operational metrics, support trends, product analytics, market research, and business metrics to guide roadmap priorities.
  • Clear, structured communicator who can write effective requirements, product briefs, launch inputs, executive updates, and field-ready positioning.
