About the Role As a Senior Product Manager, AI at InstaCart, you will own the strategy and execution for AI-powered features that enhance the shopping experience and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with data science, engineering, design, and business partners to ship value to customers across channels. What You'll Do
- Define and drive the AI product roadmap in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Translate user needs into product requirements and measurable success metrics.
- Collaborate with data science and engineering to prototype, build, and launch AI-enabled features.
- Prioritize backlog and decide trade-offs under ambiguity. What We're Looking For
- Experience shipping AI/ML-powered products or features; strong product sense and data-driven decision making.
- Ability to collaborate across product, engineering, design, data science, and business teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management; comfortable making decisions with partial information.
- Track record of shipping high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or consumer-app domains.
- Familiarity with experimentation, A/B testing, and metrics-driven product development.
