Location: Remote (US)
Pay: $190,000–$270,000 + equity
A late-stage, venture-backed enterprise AI company is building a small, high-ownership team to ship new AI products from zero to one. Bay Area and New York are preferred; from elsewhere, expect occasional travel. The role mixes software engineering, applied ML and customer work, with real product judgment expected.
What you'll do

Take new AI products from idea to production

Talk to users and turn vague needs into clear workflows and designs

Build the tools used to test, evaluate and monitor agents

Use data and evals to decide what to build next

Write the demos and docs that get the product adopted

What you bring
-
5+ years building user-facing software, with end-to-end ownership

Hands-on work with LLMs or agents

Strong full-stack skills

Product sense and clear communication

Nice to have: designed evaluation frameworks; startup or founding-engineer background
