About the role

Location: Bangalore, India

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to own end-to-end design across native iOS and Android applications, along with internal platforms used by catalogue, operations, and commercial teams. The role involves user research, UX strategy, conversion-focused design, prototyping, and building scalable design systems, with a strong emphasis on AI-assisted workflows and measurable business impact.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of product design experience, primarily working on native iOS and Android applications.
• Proven experience designing and shipping eCommerce or digital commerce products, including browse, search, product pages, cart, and checkout.
• Strong expertise in UX research, information architecture, wireframing, user flows, and usability testing.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including components, variables, prototyping, and design system ownership.
• Experience using AI tools in design and research workflows, such as Figma AI, Claude, image-generation models, or prototyping tools.
• Ability to connect design decisions to business outcomes, including conversion rates, funnel performance, and user engagement.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar.
• Strong ownership, communication, problem-solving, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Marketplace, retail, or eCommerce product design.
• Designing internal tools and operational platforms.
• Arabic-first design, right-to-left (RTL) layouts, and familiarity with customers in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
