About the Role You're joining Secfi's Amsterdam product and engineering hub as a senior product designer. You will own real product surfaces from day one—primarily the portfolio value tracker and Maeve, Secfi's AI assistant—while helping shape the design function as the team grows. This is a senior IC role focused on product design in a small, fast-moving team. What You'll Do
- Own real surfaces from day one, helping expand the portfolio value tracker from a static valuation to a live surface with pricing signals, market news, and AI-generated insights.
- Focus on product design (roughly 90%), with occasional landing pages, campaign assets, or pitch slides.
- Not primarily responsible for brand work, but a bit of brand work may come with the territory.
- Be the second designer, collaborating with a senior designer who is currently remote, in a small, evolving design function.
- Define how design works within the team as it grows and maintain a high level of craft, reporting to a manager who values design leadership.
- Work in Secfi's Amsterdam hub and contribute to cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering. What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a product designer (senior IC) with the ability to own surfaces from day one.
- Strong craft and ability to deliver product design across complex surfaces.
- Comfortable working in a small, growing design function and collaborating with a remote senior designer.
- Ability to contribute to design processes and help shape the function as the team expands.
- Excellent collaboration skills with product management and engineering teams.
