About the Role Secfi is expanding its product surface, with Amsterdam as the product and engineering hub. This is a senior IC product design role focused on live valuation surfaces and Maeve AI assistant. You’ll be the second designer, owning real surfaces from day one and helping define how design works as the team grows. Note: this role isn't primarily brand-focused, though a bit of brand work may come with the territory. What You'll Do
- Own real product surfaces from day one, handling roughly 90% product work with occasional landing pages, campaign assets, or pitch slides.
- Work alongside a senior designer currently remote; contribute to shaping a small design function as it grows.
- Define how design works at Secfi and help scale design processes.
- Report to a manager who has design leadership background and is invested in your craft. What We're Looking For
- Senior IC with strong product design craft and ability to own surfaces end-to-end.
- Experience shipping polished interfaces and collaborating with engineers.
- Comfortable working in a small, evolving design function and cross-functional environment.
- Interest in equity planning/fintech and AI-powered insights is a plus. Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-powered product experiences or live data surfaces is a plus, given Maeve and live valuation features.
