About this role
About the Role Secfi recently launched Maeve, an AI assistant for equity planning, and is evolving its portfolio value tracker into a live surface with dynamic pricing signals and AI-generated insights. This is a senior IC role focused mostly on product design (about 90%), with occasional landing pages or pitch assets. You’ll be the second designer, own core surfaces from day one, and help shape how design works as the team grows under Robin, the Senior Director of Product, Technology. What You'll Do
- Own core product surfaces from day one and contribute to the live equity valuation and wealth-optimization experiences Secfi offers.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to craft craft-forward experiences; occasional landing pages, campaign assets, or pitch slides.
- Help shape the design function and process as the team grows, working with a senior designer (currently remote) and reporting to Robin, Senior Director of Product, Technology. What We're Looking For
- Senior IC with a strong product design craft and ability to own surfaces from concept to delivery.
- Self-starter who can ship thoughtful, craft-focused design in a small, growing team.
- Comfort with ambiguity and collaboration with product and engineering.
- Interest in the finance/stock-based compensation domain (equity planning and wealth strategy).
