Senior Product Designer

About the Role Secfi is seeking a Senior Product Designer in Amsterdam to own core product surfaces, shape Maeve, our AI assistant for equity planning, and contribute to the evolution of the portfolio value tracker. You’ll be the second designer, work alongside a senior designer, and help define how design works as the team grows. What You'll Do

• Shape how customers interact with Maeve—the AI assistant—deciding when it speaks and how trust is built into the interface where an LLM advises on money.
• Design the portfolio value tracker UI with real-time pricing signals, market news, and AI-generated insights, balancing clarity with information richness.
• Improve onboarding, advisory flows, and existing surfaces; contribute occasional brand assets (landing pages, campaign visuals, pitch slides) as ~10% of work.
• Own surfaces from day one with end-to-end ownership; collaborate closely with a co-designer and report to a product/technology manager.
• Contribute to design systems evolution, maintaining consistency while knowing when to extend or adapt.
• Communicate design decisions clearly; participate in product discussions with a focus on craft. What We're Looking For
• Senior product design craft with a track record shipping meaningful product work in SaaS, consumer, or complex tools.
• Ability to own projects from discovery to ship with minimal direction; comfortable being one of two designers on a small team.
• Systems thinking: consistent design system extension, scalable across future screens, with smart tradeoffs.
• Strong curiosity about AI; experience using AI in your workflow and interest in designing for AI products (Maeve and the tracker).
• Based in Amsterdam and fluent in English; Dutch not required. Nice to Have
• Financial product experience (equity, vesting, taxes) or ability to handle complexity.
• Brand/marketing experience, even if not the main focus.
• Design systems experience or prior work building/scaling one. Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: €80k–€110k per year, plus equity.
