As a Senior Product Designer you will own real surfaces from day one, shape how design works as the team grows, and work on Maeve, our AI assistant for equity planning, and the portfolio value tracker. This is a senior IC role with roughly 90% product work and about 10% brand tasks, reporting to Robin, Senior Director of Product, Technology.
What You'll Do
-
Shape how customers interact with Maeve: when it speaks, how it appears, and how trust is built in an AI assisted financial interface.
-
Design the portfolio value tracker with real time pricing signals, market news, and AI generated insights, creating a clear information flow without overwhelming the user.
-
Improve onboarding, advisory flows, and existing surfaces; contribute occasional landing pages, campaign visuals, and pitch slides (~10% of time).
-
Own surfaces from day one, collaborate with a senior designer, and help define and evolve the design function as the team grows.
-
Work within a small design function and communicate design decisions in substance.
-
What We're Looking For
-
Senior product design craft with shipped, meaningful product work; able to explain the thinking behind the work and own projects end to end.

-
Strong curiosity about AI: actively uses AI tools in workflow and is excited to design AI enabled products such as Maeve and the tracker.
-
Based in Amsterdam and fluent in English; Dutch is not required.
-
Extra points for financial product experience; brand and marketing range; design systems experience.
