Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Product Designer to join our innovative team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping user experiences across our digital products. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire design lifecycle, from initial concept development and rapid prototyping to the creation of comprehensive design systems and developer-ready assets.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business objectives into intuitive and engaging interfaces. A strong command of Figma and a proven ability to deliver polished, production-ready designs are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Design: Execute the full product design process, from ideation and concept development to final handoff.
• Design Systems: Develop and maintain robust, scalable design systems.
• Prototyping: Create MVPs and high-fidelity prototypes for user testing and stakeholder review.
• Production Assets: Prepare and deliver developer-ready assets using Figma.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure high-quality design implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Product Designer (Senior level, 5-8 years).
• Tools: Proficiency in Figma is required.
• Methodologies: Experience with design systems, MVP development, and prototyping.
• Handoff: Ability to create clean, dev-ready handoffs.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team.
