About the Role Everlaw is seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer with a knack for making the complex feel intuitive to join our dynamic Product team. In this role, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of the AI powered litigation platform, taking end to end ownership of features from concept to launch. You will use your experience to bring ideas large and small to life, turning ambiguous problems into elegant solutions. You'll design with a deep respect for users, shaping products from brainstorming to launch. Additionally, you'll mentor other designers while collaborating closely with the Product and Engineering teams. At Everlaw, our mission is to promote justice by illuminating truth. What You'll Do
- Take end-to-end ownership of features from concept to launch for the AI-powered litigation platform.
- Turn ambiguous problems into elegant solutions and make complex ideas feel intuitive.
- Design with a deep respect for users, shaping products from brainstorming to launch.
- Mentor other designers and collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams.
- Contribute to shaping high-stakes workflows that illuminate truth in litigation and investigations. What We're Looking For
- Experienced Senior Product Designer with a track record of turning complex problems into intuitive designs.
- Ability to work end-to-end from concept through launch and collaborate with Product and Engineering.
- User-centered design mindset and strong collaboration/mentoring skills.
