About the Role
Experienced Senior Product Designer to join Everlaw's dynamic Product team. In this role, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of features for the AI-powered litigation platform, turning complex problems into intuitive, human-centered solutions and mentoring other designers while collaborating with Product and Engineering.
What You'll Do

Own end-to-end design of features from concept to launch for the AI-powered litigation platform.

Design with a deep respect for users, turning ambiguous problems into elegant, usable solutions.

Mentor other designers and collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams.

Shape products from brainstorming to launch and help foster a strong user-centered design culture across the company.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer with a track record of turning complex problems into intuitive experiences.

Ability to deliver end-to-end features and work effectively with Product and Engineering teams.

Experience mentoring others and building a collaborative design practice.

Passion for user-centered design and the mission to promote justice by illuminating truth; interest in legal tech is a plus.
