The manager is looking for a Senior Product Designer (8+ years of experience, depending on portfolio strength) who can lead complex product initiatives from discovery through delivery while helping unify multiple design systems into a single, scalable design framework.

Top 4 Must-Haves

• 8+ years of Product Design experience with a strong portfolio showing end-to-end product work, business impact, and shipped products.
• Design systems expertise, specifically experience working across multiple design systems and helping consolidate them into a unified experience.
• Advanced Figma skills (components, libraries, variables, design tokens) and experience designing across web and mobile applications.
• Strong collaboration and leadership skills, including mentoring other designers, partnering closely with Product and Engineering teams, and utilizing AI tools such as Claude AI and Figma AI within the design process.

Nice-to-Haves

• Storybook experience
• Amplitude, Pendo, or other product analytics platforms
• Relevant industry experience (hospitality, travel, consumer products, loyalty/membership programs, etc.)
• Design-to-code workflow experience
