About the Role Zendesk is seeking a proactive and entrepreneurial Senior Product Counsel to support our global AI products and help navigate growth responsibly. You will enable growth and mitigate risk for a technology platform leading the AI transformation, and you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and security teams. Reporting to the Director of Product, Privacy, and IP, you’ll be a trusted leader shaping strategy and customer trust in a fast-moving environment. What You'll Do
- Provide Strategic Guidance: Balance legal expertise with creative problem-solving to deliver risk-calibrated advice to our business leaders. Make decisions quickly and efficiently to advance company goals, without getting sidetracked by low risk issues or bureaucracy.
