About this role
The Senior Product Analyst partners closely with the Product Owner to drive the strategic evolution, and operational excellence of Swiss Re’s Application Portfolio Management (APM) and related Service Now products capability. The role combines deep ServiceNow platform expertise, enterprise architecture knowledge and hands-on delivery experience to ensure the ServiceNow ecosystem evolves in line with Swiss Re's business strategy, governance standards and operational needs.
Acting as a trusted advisor to the Product Owner, Business Stakeholders and the DevOps Team the role leads complex initiatives end-to-end across a highly integrated and customised ServiceNow Enterprise Service Management (ESM) landscape.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior product and platform expert for ServiceNow APM and related capabilities, including GRC, SOPM and SACM, with strong knowledge of the platform, integrations and enterprise application landscape.
- Contribute to product strategy, roadmaps and backlog prioritisation, aligning platform evolution with business objectives, architectural standards and emerging capabilities.
- Identify, evaluate and integrate AI capabilities into ServiceNow solutions to deliver measurable business value while meeting architecture, governance and security standards.
