About this role
Flix Interactive
The Senior Producer coordinates the planning and delivery of game development work across internal projects and co-development partnerships. The role combines production experience, team coordination and clear stakeholder communication to help teams meet agreed priorities and deliver high-quality work at a sustainable pace.
The role will initially support a shared-world multiplayer adventure, with a focus on live service production, ongoing content delivery and coordination across disciplines. Responsibilities and project assignments will evolve as existing projects develop and new projects are commissioned.
Working closely with discipline leads, Engineering, Design, Art and QA, you will maintain delivery plans, manage dependencies and provide clear visibility of progress and risks. You will facilitate planning, scrums and focused strike team meetings, helping teams resolve blockers and adapt to changing requirements.
The role also brings an informed approach to accessibility and team wellbeing, ensuring these considerations are represented in planning, communication and day-to-day production practices.
Responsibilities
- Own production planning and coordination for assigned teams or workstreams, maintaining clear priorities, milestones and delivery expectations.
- Coordinate live service development activity, balancing planned updates, ongoing improvements and emerging issues.
- Maintain accurate schedules, task tracking and reporting in Jira, ensuring the team has a shared view of priorities and progress.
- Facilitate planning sessions, scrums, reviews and focused strike team meetings, recording decisions and following through on actions.
- Work with discipline leads to establish achievable estimates, understand capacity and manage dependencies across teams.
- Identify delivery risks and blockers early, coordinating solutions and escalating decisions where necessary.
- Act as a key point of contact for external development partners, communicating progress, requirements and changes clearly.
- Support day-to-day team organisation, helping colleagues understand expectations and maintain productive working relationships.
- Coordinate with QA and development leads to understand readiness, outstanding issues and the impact of changes on delivery.
- Bring accessibility considerations into planning and review discussions, helping teams identify relevant work and track agreed actions.
- Encourage sustainable working practices and support team wellbeing, recognising concerns and signposting appropriate support.
- Review production processes and introduce practical improvements that make planning, communication and delivery more effective.
