About the Role The Senior Procurement Specialist will partner with cross-functional teams to execute category strategies, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost improvements to support Motorola Solutions' outsourcing needs. What You'll Do
- Execution of the Category Strategy
- Overall suppliers management, including suppliers relationships ownership
- RFQ process, cost negotiations and project awards
- Contract negotiations
- Escalation point for internal operation teams
- On-going drive for cost improvement and annual cost reduction
- Hosting Quarterly Business Review (QBR) What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years related experience managing suppliers
- Effective problem solving, strong negotiation and excellent communication skills
- Strong data analysis skills and understanding of forecasting methods
- High proficiency in AI and MS Office / Google Documents; specifically, advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Prior project management experience is an added advantage

- Willing to work full time in Penang office or hybrid mode
- Travel Requirements: 10-25% Compensation & Benefits
